Refund Policy

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
